the constructions of the building complex completed by the 5th
Corp of Engineer Services with the aim of giving the best facilities
to soldiers who are presently committed to bringing the past glory
back to Jaffna apart from their prime duty of ensuring security
in the peninsula.
construction cost including installation of modern equipment,
projectors, multi media and sophisticated lighting system in the
cinema hall and modern furniture exclusively meant for the cafeteria
and the saloon, has been estimated to be Rs. 52 million.

Defence as Chief Guest.
