Solutions were given to many instantly while the Minister ordered his officers to collect other necessary data in black and white so that they could be coordinated with respective institutions and solved at the earliest possible.

At the same time, three girls and four boys of Vavuniya welfare centres who were qualified to enter the University were handed over to the Vice Chancellor Jaffna University Prof. M. Shanmugalingam by Commissioner General Rehabilitation Brigadier Sudantha Ranasinghe.
